Dear Gents,

New players are always welcome. Get recruiting. We’ll find a game for them somewhere.

Annual subs are going to be £45 this season. This includes a voluntary £5 contribution towards the student football club. Each team should aim to raise a decent amount please. If you wish to opt out please let your skipper know when you hand over the subs.

CPD / Charter Standard In-Service Event - Thursday 17th November 2016

The AFA is delighted to announce a CPD / Charter Standard In-Service event for coaches and clubs that will look at Goalkeeping and how to incorporate the GK into coaching sessions, whilst offering advice on creating 1v1 sessions.

The event will include theory and observational practical workshops and bring to life elements of the England DNA and help coaches to create effective practices.
 
This workshop is FREE and will be delivered by Emma Byrne, Arsenal Ladies and Ireland Goalkeeper and will count towards 2 hours of CPD for FA Licensed Coaches Club Level 1 and 2 coaches.

New Referees Training Courses

We have set up two new Basic Referee Training Courses to run during the current season.  

The first course starts in January and is being run at a club in Kidbrooke Park in South East London (SE3).  Here is a link to the web page containing the full course details from where places can be booked:
